Chuckle for Saturday, April 27
A man to his friend, “I haven’t spoken to my wife in 18 months.”
“Why not?”
The man, “She gets pissed if I interrupt her.”

Yesterday occurred a series of happy rifle shots from my sons and daughter regarding a family get together in May to include myself, my three sons and one daughter, and five grandchildren, save one, Dylan, attending school in Oxford, England, who could not shake free.
Telling was the absence of rancor and edginess inherent in any planning, especially for nineteen people covering a four-day period.
Most telling was the love that permeated the day-long series of ‘reply all’ correspondences.
Isn’t the planning often a great deal of fun to be layered onto the entire events?
One takeaway from the prolonged dialogue, is the role that cafes play in each of our lives.
Another is the importance of food to all of us, especially dinnertime.
Seattle conducive to satisfying us on both counts.

Answer to the Question of the Day:
The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston celebrates the return of spring with Art in Bloom, the Museum’s annual festival of fine art and flowers.
Enjoy exquisite art from across the MFA’s collection paired with magnificent floral interpretations created by New England-area garden clubs. Professional designers delight with creative designs in Museum entrances and public spaces.
The guided tours, free with Museum admissions, use two presenters to provide insight into the submissions, one who talks about the flowers and the arrangement, and the other who deals with the connections between the floral displays and the art that inspired the florists and their clubs.
Visitors find a multitude of tours walking in every direction.
Just hook up with any one and follow along.
End one tour of one set of floral displays, and immediately pick up on another covering a different set.
Art in Bloom launches with a preview of freshly installed arrangements on Friday, April 26, from 3 to 10 pm.
Daily events include tours of flower arrangements throughout the galleries; demonstrations of floral arranging for your home; casual dining among masterpieces; and outdoor walking tours.
Browse the MFA Art in Bloom Market and Garden Cart for unique gifts and treasures.
The popular Member Night is Saturday, April 27, and Community Day with children’s activities is Sunday, April 28.
Free Ikebana demonstrations on Saturday from 3 to 4 pm in Remis Auditorium.

Good Morning on this Saturday, the Twenty-Seventh Day of April.
We posted a thought on how good life can be and, in short order, we counted our postings, talked about the weather, and decided on London Broil for dinner.
We posted a summary of a series of texts and emails to and from my three sons and daughter chiming in ideas on an all-family get together in late May.
We posted a chuckle – short, but still a chuckle.
Our q and a dealt with the annual four-day Art in Bloom exhibit/event at the MFA.
And now? Gotta go.
Che vuoi? Le pocketbook?
See you soon.
Your love.
